Betta mandor is a species of Betta. Prior to 2006, the trade names Betta sp. "Mandor" or Betta sp. "ninja" were used in the aquarium trade. It is a benthopelagic freshwater fish found in swamps, rivers and streams in Asian forests, namely in the Kapuas basin and in West Kalimantan in Borneo.
It grows to a length of about 5,7 cm SL. It eats arthropods and other small animals. Betta mandor is a mouthbrooder, but it is closely related to the bubble nest builders.
